My goal is to nurture each student's unique musical journey through personalized instruction that builds strong technical foundations while fostering creativity and joy in music-making. Parents can expect structured lessons that combine traditional methods with engaging activities, regular progress updates, and a supportive environment that encourages consistent practice and musical growth.

- ARCT in Violin Education (Royal Conservatory of Music) under Dr. Jin Youn
- Level 10 RCM Certification with First-Class Honours
- Former North American Symphony Orchestra Performer
- 8+ Years Professional Performance Experience
- Trained under Vancouver Symphony Orchestra's Mary Sokol Brown

My journey began at age nine under the mentorship of Mary Sokol Brown of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra. Through her guidance, I developed a versatile repertoire spanning Celtic, Classical, Romantic, and Baroque traditions. My training combines the ear-based Suzuki method with classical conservatory education—I hold a Level 10 Royal Conservatory of Music certification with first-class honours and an ARCT in violin education under Dr. Jin Youn.

As a former symphony orchestra performer with eight years of experience across North America, I bring both technical expertise and performance insight to my teaching. My approach balances structured practice with creative exploration, helping students build not just skills, but a lasting connection with music. Together, we'll develop your unique musical voice while cultivating the joy that makes practice purposeful and performances meaningful.
