As young children, we are often taught the importance of adopting good habits; such as good hygiene & nutrition. However, getting into the routine of working out; sometimes slips through the cracks. Developing a Pilates routine can get you into a good lifelong physical activity habit! It can improve your posture, balance, coordination, muscle tone, flexibility, and core strength. It works for the non-athletic, dancer and athlete alike. Pilates can help to improve and prevent poor posture; which can sneak up on you like a ninja; from spending so much time on computers and other devices. Pilates is also fun, a great confidence builder & stress-reliever; as well as improves mental focus. Register today and get ready to thrive!
