Beginner 레벨
Fun-filled & music-based, this 4-week class series meets once per week to learn and practice the American Sign Language Alphabet to music! Students will sing & sign our “Hello” song at the beginning of each class, followed by warm ups and some puppet fun! Next we will introduce letter signs and ASL vocabulary words to a catchy Alphabet song, where learners will be engaged and having FUN every step of the way. Following up with short question & answer game, fingerspelling and our “Goodbye”...
In this engaging class series with Miss Dena, beginner students will learn the complete American Sign Language Alphabet, more than 26 ASL vocabulary signs, a complete alphabet song and enjoy fingerspelling practice with silly games, puppets, books and music- all while having FUN!
Miss Dena has been teaching beginner ASL for 8 years, she is cheerful and patient with young learners and will meet them exactly where they are, developing their abilities through repetition and song. All of her classes are well-planned and designed to engage children in a fun and relaxed way, while instilling a love of learning through music and play!
