수업 소개
More than just a practice interview, this one student class provides strategy, practice and is a real confidence booster! Students will learn key public speaking tips and how to view the interview from the interviewer's point of view: what are they looking for? what needs to happen for the interviewer to step back and say "Wow, that was a great interview." Students will figure out what they want to highlight during the interview, and we will discuss how best to showcase those traits, interests and stories. We will also discuss what the interviewer is looking for, and how best to meet their goals while being authentic. In many instances, it is helpful to have someone who does not know the interviewee help to prep them; I will bring no preconceived notions about the learner to the class, and will look at them with fresh eyes. My goal is to give the learner more insight into the interview process, and more confidence in their abilities to represent themselves in the best possible way.

Students will learn basic and advanced interview skills, as well as a clear idea of what is necessary to have a successful interview. They will learn to think about what the interviewer is looking for, and how to put forth their personality, skills and interests in the best possible light.
