Class Description:
Ready to take your embroidery skills to the next level? In this intermediate class designed for kids ages 11-14, we’ll build on the basics and learn four beautiful and versatile stitches:

🧵 Chain Stitch – A decorative stitch great for bold lines and textures
🧵 Couching – A technique for securing threads or decorative elements
🧵 French Knot – A fun and textured knot used for accents and details
🧵 Stem Stitch – A classic stitch perfect for smooth, flowing lines

We’ll begin with a quick review of embroidery tools and materials before diving into step-by-step demonstrations of each stitch. Students will receive personalized guidance as they practice and create a sampler showcasing their new techniques. By the end of class, they’ll have the skills and confidence to add more texture and detail to their embroidery projects!

This class is perfect for students who have taken my beginner embroidery class or have some basic stitching experience.
