In this interactive course, students will learn the basics of interior design, make plans using their own inspiration, and design a room of their choice. Students will have the option to create their final project digitally, or alternatively if they prefer. I will encourage students to practice the basic principles of interior design, but also encourage them to draw from their own personality and style when designing! Interior design is a form of art, therefore, I will be treating student work as art throughout the duration of this course. I will encourage students to practice the basic principles of interior design, but also encourage them to tailor their own personality and style to their work. By the end of this course, I want students to be proud of their designs.제공되는 성적
- Students MAY need access to the internet to find inspiration (Pinterest and Google Images, for example). Magazines are also a great option. - If students decide to create their final design digitally, I will provide a free program that I use (free signup required). - If students decide to create their final design alternatively, blank paper, a pencil, and coloring utensils (optional), would suffice.
