This class is only available to learners who have already taken my class Make That Puppet Talk - Ventriloquism Made Easy, and who want to develop their ventriloquist skills further. We will work on those skills as well as basic puppetry skills in a one-on-one setting. We will also work on possible routines for the learner and puppet. Perhaps new characters could be introduced. The learner will further perfect the "ventriloquist mouth" and ways to vary it for different emotions. The puppet will develop an appropriate voice and personality. Basic puppetry skills will be taught to have the puppet seem to come alive. The learner will learn how to react to the puppet. Some entertaining routines can be developed and perfected.
In addition to being a school teacher for 30 years, I was also an award winning professional clown for 15 years. I have also written numerous puppet scripts and have been doing ventriloquism since I was about 10 years old.
