In this class, students will learn grammar, vocabulary, and conversation tailored to their individual needs. 

I like to make learning English fun and will utilize different activities that fit a student's age and personality to achieve that goal. Depending on the student's level, we can cover a range of things from letter recognition and phonics to advanced grammar. Throughout my experience at VIPKid, GoGoKid, and Magic Ears, I have had the opportunity to work with students aged 3-18 and of varying levels (beginner to advanced). 

Classes will be paced according to students' abilities. Throughout the weeks we may cover:

Morning routines and related conversations.
Bedtime routines and related conversations.
What do you want to do today?
What did you do today? 
How was your day?
What do you want/did you eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner. 
Chores
Hobbies
Family 
Holidays, gatherings, vacation

Students will learn natural daily conversations in order to practice with their parents to promote fluency.

수업 자료

Writing by hand has immense benefits in learning and memorization. It is preferable for the student to use pen/pencil and paper or a journal. If the student still prefers to use digital means, then I would recommend the use of a note-taking app and a stylus pen to get the same benefits of writing with a tablet.

I have six years of experience tutoring children in English and one year of experience as an online ESL teacher. I have a 120-hour TESOL certificate, and work for two major ESL companies: VIPKid and GoGoKid.

I tailor my teaching approach to the student's needs and personality. I am skilled at getting a shy learner to come out of his or her shell, and to focus and redirect an active learner. Parents of my online ESL students all comment that I am patient, give helpful guidance and positive encouragement to students. I like to make learning fun and relatable to the student so that the student has a positive relationship with learning. I utilize digital media to give effective examples and solidify a child's understanding.
