수업 소개
In this class, come and have fun with classmates as we talk about dogs and donuts, read the book If You Give a Dog a Donut (Numeroff), and draw your very own donut. After we talk about some of our favorite dog breeds and favorite donut flavors, I will read the book aloud as learners listen closely for clues. As I read aloud from the book, the story will be shown on slides for easier viewing. Last but not least, learners draw and design their own doughnut! Learners will be asked to share their drawing at the end but do not have to if they are uncomfortable doing so. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! If you do not see a time that works for you, please request a different time. Thank you!

Hello! My name is Ms. C. I am so excited to see you in my Outschool classroom! I offer many classes related to dogs, wildlife, science, reading, and writing. I love teaching topics from the beautiful animals here on Earth to the gorgeous stars in the sky. I love incorporating reading, art and science all together. I have my Associate’s degree in Animal Science, Associate’s degree in Elementary Education, and my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Middle Dual Education with a specialization in Science. I am a certified teacher, and I am currently a substitute teacher and an Outschool teacher. I strive to support all my students in learning and welcoming them to a safe space. I encourage creativity, pursuing interests, and a passion for lifelong learning. I enjoy reading, writing, and being outside. A hobby that has always helped me relax has been drawing or painting.
