In this class, each week the students will be introduced to five blends or digraph words and work on reading a passage using the five words mixed with simple words such as has, fix, he, can, the, etc. Fluency will build with each class.
 **Fluency is the ability to read a text accurately, quickly, and with expression. 

*The order of the class will go as follows:
*1. Introduction of the blend/digraph of the day.
*2. Google Slides practice/review
*3. Take turns reading the five words of the day pointing to each one on their own worksheet
*4. Read the passage for the day.
*5. While one student is writing and drawing their favorite sentence from the passage, the other student will be reading the passage with me three times.
*6. Goodbyes

**The class size is small to give time for the students to get more individual and group work together.
**I will have a reading passage for each class. 
**I provide one-on-one classes and esl students are always welcomed to join.
