In this lecture-based class, students will learn about the bones in our bodies and can follow along using guided notes. Firstly we will learn able body movement to have a good grasp on how to label parts of the body. We will discuss how bones are classified, what they are made of, and how they form. Throughout the course, students will be asked to touch certain bones and even move around to get a better understanding. Classes 2 and 3 are divided based on the classification of the bone....

I have a bachelor's degree in exercise science, 15 years of experience as a massage therapist, 3 years as a yoga instructor and 2 years an an ACSM certified exercise physiologist and personal trainer. I have also taken 2 courses in advanced anatomy and physiology that consisted of cadaver labs.
