In this course, students will experience science and reading all-in-one! Students will encounter live worms over several sessions as we seek to determine things like which soil is best for worms? Do worms like light? Would they rather be wet or dry? Students will be asked to read specific chapters before class the following week. The chapters in this book are on the shorter side, so don't be discouraged if it seems like a lot! There will be an activity that we will do together to conquer...
Students will practice reading comprehension. Students will make observations, predictions, and ask questions. **I am able to align all of my programs with any state standards. Please feel free to message me with the students grade and state, and I will get back to you with the standards that align to this lesson.**
