In this fun and relaxed weekend hangout, learners will team up to play popular Minecraft Bedrock minigames on The Hive server, such as Bedwars, Capture the Flag, and other rotating games like Hide and Seek or Block Drop. The class focuses on teamwork, communication, and light strategy in a casual, social environment. Each session begins with a quick group chat to choose which game modes to play and get everyone into a party. From there, we’ll jump into matches together and rotate teams so learners get to interact with everyone. Throughout the class, I’ll guide students with helpful tips, encourage good sportsmanship, and keep the tone friendly and supportive. My teaching style is very interactive—I’ll be actively playing alongside learners, talking with them, and helping them navigate each game mode. There’s no lecturing or formal instruction, but I will step in when needed to help explain mechanics, suggest strategies, or moderate behavior if necessary. The class is structured around gameplay, group discussion, and real-time interaction with me and other players. It’s perfect for kids who enjoy Minecraft and want to make new friends while playing in a safe, moderated space

This class uses Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and connects to The Hive, a public multiplayer server featuring moderated minigames. While I will create private parties to limit outside interaction, learners may still briefly see public lobbies. All gameplay will be monitored by me, and I will only allow approved students to join the party.
Some minigames involve PvP (Player vs Player) combat, such as BedWars and Capture the Flag. While there is no graphic violence, players can "eliminate" others using in-game tools, which may not be suitable for all learners. Minecraft is rated E10+ for fantasy violence.
No third-party tools or accounts are required beyond Minecraft Bedrock Edition, gamertags and access to The Hive server.

I have spent many hours playing and exploring Minecraft, particularly on the Bedrock Edition, and I'm very familiar with multiplayer gameplay, teamwork-based modes, and minigame servers like The Hive. While I haven’t formally taught Minecraft classes before joining Outschool, I’ve guided friends and younger family members through building, survival, and PvP game modes, helping them improve their skills in a fun and safe way.
Beyond Minecraft, I have experience working with children in both casual and educational settings, including mentoring younger students and assisting with creative projects. I’m comfortable leading group activities and helping kids feel included and supported. My teaching style is patient, engaging, and responsive—I focus on creating a friendly, encouraging space where learners can connect through shared play, learn new strategies, and express themselves.
