In this 12 lesson course, students will learn and memorise HIRAGANA, Japan's primary syllabary through writing, flash cards, exposure to literature, videos, and art. There are 4 forms of writing in Japan: HIRAGANA, KATAKANA (primarily for foreign words), KANJI (Chinese characters) and ROMAJI (Roman letters). We will spend each class learning approximately 5 hiragana characters per session. Students will also learn beginner words that correspond with each word. For example: Class...
