Learning another language is not only learning different words for the same things, but learning another way to think about things. Knowledge of languages is the doorway to wisdom. With languages you are at home anywhere.

In these classes children will be immersed in the Hindi language with a variety of different activities. Each class will cover a different topic entirely in Hindi and provide a fun and enthusiastic environment for children to feel comfortable expressing themselves. 

Through various activities such as SHOW & TELL, IF I WERE…. etc each child will have an opportunity to speak and share their ideas with the class.

The key to children retaining the Hindi vocabulary and dialogue learned is to keep practicing.

This is an ongoing class so you don't have to worry about missing out on anything as each class is different from the other.

Week 1 July4th - All About Me
We will learn to greet each other, introduce ourselves, start a conversation and share opinions.

Week 2 July11th– It’s Family Time
We will learn to introduce our family members in Hindi. Here the children will not only learn the terms for Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Uncle, Aunt etc. in Hindi but will also be introduced to the pronouns and the changes in the sentences depending upon their gender.

Week 3 July18th– It’s time to Party
While we have lot of fun going to a party, will learn to identify the colors and count in Hindi.

Week 4 July25th– Let’s go Picnic
While having a fun day at zoo, we learn the names of different animals and also discuss what makes a picnic so much fun.

Week 5 Aug1- My Body
We learn to identify various body parts and how do they help us in our daily lives.

Week 6 Aug8– Transportation
We learn to identify different modes of transport and how we can zoom around the world in them.

Week 7 Aug15– My Emotions
We learn about expressing ourselves when in different moods.

Week 8 Aug22– What’s in our neighborhood?
We learn to talk about our neighborhood, what do we see around? Who are the people who help us in our community etc.

This class gives a great opportunity to interact and speak about a variety of things around us and that we do and use in our daily lives. The children will not only enjoy and learn to speak in Hindi but will also learn to express themselves and pick up new vocabulary.
