In this course, students will learn how to effectively research topics in order to prepare them for their senior paper and/or college freshman writing courses. They will learn steps needed in order to gather data and how to disaggregate that data into chunks for use in their research report. Highly certified English teacher with an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership. I have taught students in grades 7-12 and college freshman (essay, research and composition courses). For my Doctorate, I went in depth through the steps of the research process. I rely on research paper-writing experience from what I have learned all the way from being a high school senior writing my senior paper, up to the level of research required for a doctorate. I want students to develop the knowledge to go into depth about topics they're passionate about.
