  • Students will develop an advanced understanding of the fundamentals of English grammar. Students will learn parts of speech, sentence formation, punctuation, and common word usage.
My name is Christina Broadway, and I have taught all levels of high school English over the past decade. I have extensive specialized training in Curriculum and Instruction. I have written the English curriculum for three public high schools and one private school. My students consistently perform above the 90th percentile on state and national standardized tests.

세부 내용: Students will be given quizzes for most classes. At the end of the semester, students will be given a final exam that covers all of the concepts covered throughout the course.
This class will utilize a printable workbook. Each Friday, students will receive their workbook pages for the following week. Please print these pages each week so that your student can use them during class. Students are encouraged to keep a binder or notebook that includes their workbook pages and blank notebook paper for additional note-taking.  A pen or pencil is required. Highlighters and a colored grading pen are optional but encouraged.
