I am a certified K-5 teacher and licensed to teach all core subjects. I have experience with using many methods of Reading and Math intervention. I am ADD+Vantage math trained and have experience writing and carrying out IEPs for students. I taught in the classroom for six years and have been teaching a total of 10 years. A majority of my experience in the classroom has been teaching ELL learners and this is an area that I am passionate about. I hold a Foundational and Advanced TESOL certification and have training in many programs for ELL students. I feel so blessed to be in the field of education and it is so fulfilling to think that I might be making a difference in the lives of my students on their academic journey.
