히브리어 킨디 - 킨디 연령 어린이를 위한 노래와 동요

In this weekly class, young children will learn the foundations of the Hebrew language through songs and play.  Through a kindy style classroom, children will listen, sing, dance and learn Hebrew.  This class is kept short, specifically with young children and bodies in mind, to maximize fun and keep children engaged.

Children will:
-learn to sing common Hebrew songs;
-hear and watch simple finger play songs;
-engage in simple interactive Hebrew songs.

This is an interactive class where children will join in the songs as they immerse in the language.  In this class children can explore unfamiliar and familiar songs (translated into Hebrew) while standing and moving around.  
This class is targeted to kindy age children (3-6).

The class structure will include an introduction in Hebrew introducing each other through simple Hebrew phrases and song, followed by new and old songs, games and finger play songs and rhymes.  

Weekly sessions include, but are not limited to:

Songs:
Head, Shoulder, Knees and Toes (in Hebrew)
Hokey Pokey (in Hebrew)
Yadayim Lemala (Hands Up)
Clap Your Yadayim (Clap Your Hands)
Ten Etzbaot (Ten Fingers)

Games and Finger Play:
Shimon Omer (Simon Says)
Wind, Wind, Wind / Braid a Challah
My Anyim Can See You
My Meesh-pah-chah

Weekly Schedule :
Week 1 : Parts of the Body : Yadii'm Lamala, Clap your yadayim, Head, Shoulder, Knees and Toes
Week 2 : Animals (Old McDonald, Little Rabbit)
Week 3 : Games : Ten Etzbaot, Shimon Omer, Hokey Pokey, Where is Thumbkin (in Hebrew)
Week 4 : Family : Yadii'm Lamala, My Anyim Can See you, My Meesh-pah-chah finger rhyme and song
Week 5: Friends and Life : Hee-neh Mah Tov, Braid a Challah (Wind, Wind, Wind)


All classes will be interactive with games and songs.  
This is an ongoing class and no prior experience is necessary, children can join at any time.  Weekly classes may change and update depending on children's interest and needs.
As this class involves some dancing and moving, please ensure there is some safe space for the child to move and get involved with the songs.
