Taught by a teacher with an MA in Jewish Studies, this beginner's level course is a fun introduction to writing the Hebrew alphabet in block print! If your students wants to learn to read Hebrew, it helps to know how to write it.

In this fast-paced and fun class, we will practice writing the entire Hebrew alphabet, including final letter forms.  Most days, we will cover around three-four letter forms. 

This class assumes some familiarity with the Hebrew alphabet.  As we go, we will review the names of the Hebrew alphabet letters, and their sounds. We will also cover one vocabulary word for each of the Hebrew letters that we learn.

Students may not have the alphabet fully memorized at the end of the course. However, students who attend all classes will have had the chance to practice writing each letter.

 ***This class uses a $7 USD textbook that your student will need to bring to the class on the first day (or, if this is not possible, by the second day at the latest.)***

Although this class takes a relaxed approach, we will cover a lot of material in each class. Students should plan to attend every week!
