수업 소개

In this class, students will explore both emotional and physical health, learning how to take care of their body and mind. Topics will include understanding emotions, building resilience, developing healthy habits, and learning how to stay physically active and nourish their bodies with healthy foods. The class will be structured around interactive discussions, activities, and real-life scenarios to make learning engaging and relatable.

I use a student-centred teaching style that encourages open dialogue, self-reflection, and group activities. Students will interact with me through games, role-playing, quizzes, and practical exercises.
