수업 소개

⭐In this fun and interactive class, young chefs will create healthy, no-cook snacks with the guidance of a Registered Dietitian! Each week features a new snack, such as fruit sushi or energy bites, and we’ll explore simple nutrition tips along the way. No stove or oven is needed—just a few ingredients, tools, and your creativity! Parents should remain nearby to assist if needed. By the end of class, learners will have a snack ready to enjoy and newfound confidence in the kitchen."

For safety, parents should remain nearby to assist young chefs if needed. Outschool policy requires parents to stay off-camera and ensure that only enrolled learners participate. Please notify the instructor of any food allergies in advance—most recipes can be adjusted to accommodate dietary needs.

Hello! I’m Mrs. Lisa, a professional culinary educator and with nearly 30 years of experience teaching cooking, baking, and nutrition to learners of all ages, from toddlers to seniors. My love for food began as a child baking Southern classics with my grandmother, and I’ve since pursued formal training at Immaculata University (B.S. in Food and Nutrition Science, minor in Child Development) and Le Cordon Bleu Boston, as well as numerous culinary workshops.

As an instructor, I combine my expertise with a passion for making learning fun and interactive. I believe food brings people together, and my goal is to empower kids with kitchen confidence while teaching the science, culture, and joy of cooking. In this class, I’ll help your child create a delicious recipe and learn valuable life skills.

When I’m not teaching, I love traveling, hosting dinner parties, and sharing food experiences with my family. I’m so excited to welcome your child to my kitchen classroom—let’s bake something amazing together!
