In these ongoing personal training sessions, the student can expect 1-2 workouts per week (depending on fitness goals) that include strength (light weights with high repetitions to build lean muscles), and bodyweight exercises to improve the cardiovascular system. The workouts are going to be suitable to the student’s needs and most importantly, FUN! The workout session is divided by muscle groups ideally targeted in 2 workout days per week. On day 1 we will target Legs, Chest, Shoulders and Core (as a cool down). On day 2 we target Back, Biceps, Triceps and Core (as a cool down). Warm-up and stretches are part of the training sessions. All fitness levels are welcome! I will provide options (modifications) for more challenging exercises and form correction will be applied on the spot. These personal training sessions will help the student improve their health, fitness and well-being. WHAT IS INCLUDED *Customized workouts *Trainer support & motivation *Accountability 🚨 REQUIREMENT Please consult your teen’s physician before starting this or any other fitness program. Students with some medical conditions, such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, seizures, or heart problems, must be cleared by their physician before starting. 💡 CANCELLATION POLICY Sessions will be lost for cancellations with less than 24-hours notice before a scheduled training session. Exceptions will only be made in the case of a medical emergency.
