레벨 Beginner
Students will experience a grasp of Hawaiian Language throughout this course. Students will engage in 2x a week lessons targeting themselves base of the Hawaiian language to being able to speak & build basic sentence structure through the Hawaiian Language. Classes are designed to always start with a review from week-prior knowledge then to be built on with the weeks NEW-knowledge. There will be a follow-up activity for students ets to complete either while in class or at out of class for self-practice. As a teacher, my style is to articulate information to each student as they grasp knowledge. Each student grows & understands new knowledge at their own pace. I believe it’s my responsibility to reach these learning-styles per student, not have students understand a one-way-for-all teaching style. Students will interact with me twice a week via webcam. If extra help is needed outside of classes, parents are more than welcomed to contact me for help.

Ke Kahua o ka Olelo Hawaii: level 2
This lesson is a carry-on of level 1. Through level 1 we covered the base of the Hawaiian Language which is the vowels & consonants. Within level 2 we will add kahako & okina, which focuses on the pronunciation of the Hawaiian Language. 55 분 온라인 라이브 레슨

Aike ‘o: level 1
Within this lesson, students will learn about Na Ka’i: Aike ‘o. Ka’i is the directive form in Hawaiian Language structuring which will help indicate to the reader/listener who is being talked too/about. 55 분 온라인 라이브 레슨

Aike ‘o: level 2
Within this lesson, students will briefly review what an aike ‘o is. The students will engage in an in-depth activity specifically designed to grasp Hawaiian Language structuring of aike ‘o. 55 분 온라인 라이브 레슨

This class is not intentionally designed to support unique learning needs, however, if needed, I am willing to discuss with parents on how I can support these learning needs.

There will be no intentional violent tools needed throughout this course. The sharpest tool we may or may not utilize is a pair a scissors to complete in-class & or home assignments.

No requirements are needed to begin the course.
수업 자료
On a weekly basis, students will need a notebook & writing-tool to take notes. If & when class needs more, students & parents will be given an ample amount of time to prepare. There is one class- WEEK 6, where food ingredients may be needed.

We will refer to multiple resources on the web regarding Hawaiian Language teaching. Students will not have to access these sites on their own, I will share my ZOOM screen whenever an outside resource is being utilized to teach.
