In this lesson, ESL students will dive into "The Phoenix Nest," a Harry Potter fan-fiction audiobook designed to enhance their English listening comprehension skills. Through guided comprehension questions, students will explore the audiobook’s plot and characters deeply. They will then engage in a creative writing exercise, developing their narrative skills by either continuing the audiobook's storyline or introducing their own imaginative twists. This interactive method merges listening comprehension with creative storytelling, fostering language development in an immersive and enjoyable manner.
