This hands-on forensic science course is designed for children and teens. Students are junior detectives in a community experiencing several recent crimes. - Students will learn techniques used in forensic science such as fingerprinting, chromatography, chemical reactions, and analyzing tire impressions. They will also practice measuring distance and volume, how to make observations under a magnifying glass and how to use evidence to make conclusions.

빈도: 요청 시 이용 가능세부 내용: Grades are optional (offered by request), if students complete and submit the printout for the course to me. There are no tests, but each investigation comes with a written component that students can complete and send to me if they want a grade. Otherwise, I offer a certificate of completion if a student attended every session.
Materials for this class can be found around the house and on Amazon. There are $71 worth of materials (seen in the photograph) that will likely need to be ordered. I have the full supply list available once you enroll.
There is no violent content. Crimes include kidnapped teddy bear, pranks, and theft.
