Every form of calligraphy starts by creating a letter, and every letter is created by a series of strokes! In this class, we will be breaking down how to write calligraphy lettering stroke by stroke. Additionally, everyone's handwriting is unique, so everyone's hand lettering should be too! We will also be learning how to develop our own unique lettering style by looking at a variety of different ways to write each letter. Free practice worksheets are included! These worksheets will break down every letter, as well as help learners practice and develop their own unique style.

It is highly recommended, but not necessary, to take my faux-calligraphy class prior to enrolling in this class. Some information may briefly overlap. We will be using the faux calligraphy technique primarily during this class, but students are welcome to bring any sort of calligraphy or basic writing utensil to class.
