Whether you're picking up a guitar for the first time or looking to take your playing to the next level, this personalized lesson is all about you — your goals, your music taste, and your dreams. In these one-on-one sessions, we'll work together to design a learning path that fits your style and pace. Want to strum your favorite songs? Learn to solo? Write your own music? You’ve got it. We’ll cover technique, theory, and creative expression in a way that feels fun, relaxed, and motivating. My teaching style is supportive, encouraging, and flexible — I believe that learning guitar should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Whether you're into classic rock, pop, indie, or something totally unique, I’ll meet you where you are and help you grow from there. In our one-on-one sessions we will cover the following topics: Ear-training Scales, chords, and arpeggios Sight-reading Music theory Chord progressions Composition Performance (through the understanding of your favorite songs) Technique Guitar Tone and posture

교사 전문성 및 자격증
I’ve been playing guitar for 15 years and have experience performing in bands across a wide range of genres — from rock and indie to jazz and folk. Music has been a lifelong passion for me, and I’m currently pursuing a degree in Music Education at California State University, Sacramento (CSUS), where I continue to grow as both a musician and an educator.
In addition to performing, I’ve had the privilege of teaching one-on-one guitar lessons to students of all ages, helping them build confidence and find joy in their playing. I also volunteer as an instructor for a high school guitar ensemble, where I work closely with students in a group setting, guiding them through technique, performance prep, and ensemble playing.
Beyond guitar, I played trumpet from 5th to 12th grade, which gave me a strong foundation in music theory, reading, and discipline from an early age.
I truly enjoy working with kids and teens — I aim to create a supportive, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable being themselves and excited to grow musically. Whether it's their first time picking up a guitar or they're working on mastering advanced techniques, I'm here to meet them where they are and help them thrive.리뷰
