수업 경험

Students will learn about the usefulness of meditation in everyday life.
Students will learn about the use of meditation to assist in health and wellness.
Students will learn about mindfulness.
Students will learn about imagery.
I have been trained at the graduate school level to perform hypnotherapy and guided meditation, along with my more clinical studies. I have taught these subjects previously and utilized these practices with clients many times. I have a BA in Psychology, MA in Counseling Psychology, and a certificate in alternative medicine from a trained M.D. who specializes in cardiology but also practices alternative medicine. I have taught high school students as well as students at the university level. Please feel comfortable knowing that your learners will be in a calm, caring setting.
Students may want to come with a pen and paper if they wish to take notes. 
I also ask that the student come with an open mind and no specific expectations.
