Is your child forming good self-management habits? Your child has many great qualities just waiting to be developed. 
Students will have fun learning about themselves as we develop positive character traits.  

My classes are engaging, interactive, and activity-based as we role-play, read, play games, watch video clips, and share with one another. Each class is set up to cover these elements:
   *Opening: Question of the Day; open-mic and interaction
   *Introduction to the Character Trait of the Day
   *Definition of the Character Trait of the Day
   *Role-play and interactive scenarios for understanding the Character Trait of the Day
   *Strategies to applying the Character Trait of the Day through role play, games, brainstorming, literature, art, and so on
   *Review and Wrap Up and Introduction of next Character Trait of the Day
I will be cheering the students on during each class as we explore the Character Trait of the Day that leads to success. 

Let's gather the tools needed to build these great character qualities for a lifetime of success. Here are the Character Traits we will learn to develop:
  Class 1: Being Responsible (accountability)

  Class 3: Coping Skills (overcoming obstacles)

  Class 12: Friendships

Students are welcome to interact and will practice taking turns, listening carefully to others, and speaking clearly.
All my students are valued and treated as if they were my own.  After all, Dr. Seuss says it best; "A person's a person, no matter how small."
