This class is designed to help tweens understand and feel confident about puberty by providing clear, science-backed information in a supportive environment. We will cover body changes, emotions, self-care, and how to navigate friendships and social situations during this stage of life. What topics will you cover? Puberty basics: Why and how the body changes Hormones & emotions: How puberty affects mood and feelings Self-care & hygiene: Skincare, sleep, and nutrition for growing bodies Confidence & friendships: Navigating social changes and peer pressure How is your class structured? Each lesson follows a structured but interactive format, including: Engaging slides to introduce key concepts Group discussions to encourage participation Fun activities like interactive polls and Q&A sessions Practical tips tweens can apply to daily life How will you teach? I use a mix of visuals, storytelling, and real-life examples to make learning fun and relatable. There are no awkward lectures—just clear, age-appropriate explanations that make sense to tweens.
