Groove Crew: 초보자를 위한 탭 댄스, 5-8세

Students will be introduced to the art of tap dance through this beginner class. Each session will start with a fun icebreaker so everyone can get to know each other a bit. Then the dancing begins! The students will learn basic tap steps such as marches, ball changes, heels, toes, digs, shuffles, flaps, and more! I am a firm believer of engagement and collaboration so I will be asking for volunteers throughout to demonstrate moves they practiced and we will work together to create a combination towards the end of class. I will have a close up camera view on my tap shoes while teaching steps so the students have a clear view. 

I recommend that tap shoes are worn during class, but it is NOT a requirement! A suggestion if you are worried that you don't have the proper dance floor at home: you can get a piece of plywood from a hardware store to tap on!
