What will be taught: Students learn how an adjective makes their writings better. Students learn how adjectives describes a noun. Students will write sentences and describe each adjectives. Students will write a short paragraph using adjectives in their sentence. Students will learn that adjectives can tell how many. Students will write a short paragraph using adjectives that tell how many. How will the lesson be taught: Nearpod, slides, doc cam, student engagement in a writing activity, discussions. Previous knowledge, verbs, nouns, pronouns is helpful.

Parental guidance is helpful in case of technical difficulty or help for logging on to the zoom. Students do not need any expensive toys, furnishings or other items. They do need well designed space that is safe for the student to do activities/projects. Parental guidance is necessary incase student needs help with an activity with guidance. Such as gluing, cutting with scissors etc. There are no third party websites that will be used for each week for the lessons or signing in for accounts.
