What will be taught? In this course, we'll delve into two key pillars for personal development: SMART goals and the power of cultivating a growth mindset. What topics will you cover? Throughout the sessions, we'll explore the ins and outs of setting SMART goals and nurturing a growth mindset to empower learners on their journey of self-discovery and improvement. We will also play a game daily. Week 1: November 20: Goal Setting Strategies Week 2: November 27: Mindset Matters Week 3: December 4: Building Confidence Week 4: December 11: Strategic Planning Week 5: December 18: Interpersonal Communication Week 6: December 26: Reflection & Goal Review How is your class structured? The class is divided into four engaging segments: a warm greeting to set the tone, a dedicated time for goal setting, an exploration of the growth mindset concept, and a collaborative group activity to reinforce the learning experience. How will you teach? I'll employ a dynamic teaching approach using Canva presentations to visually enhance the learning experience. Interactivity is a priority, ensuring participants are actively engaged throughout the course. What's your teaching style? Get ready for a fun and interactive learning journey! I aim to make each session enjoyable while delivering valuable insights and skills for personal growth. How much will learners get to interact with you and each other? Lectures will be brief, with a focus on interactive elements such as slides, video clips, and discussions. Expect a healthy balance of engaging activities, ensuring ample opportunities for learners to connect with both the content and each other. Any required experience or knowledge learners need? No prior experience or specific knowledge is required. This course is designed for everyone, regardless of their background or current skill set.
