Parents will need to have downloaded the free editing software, Audacity® before the start of the first class. Students would benefit from accessing the lesson on a separate device to the device used for the video and audio editing tasks as this will allow them to view the demonstrations as they complete their own tasks - they may also find it beneficial to use headphones during class.

The website www.zapsplat.com is great for accessing a range of sounds and parents are advised to create a free account to download a sample of sound effects/music before class.
