Hallo und Guten Tag!

Komm mit! Come and join me on this immersive German expedition! In this German Immersion class for beginners, we will learn simple sentences and fun activities in German. I will only speak German in the videos, but I will speak English for giving instructions and feedback, if you like.


This German for Beginners Kindergarten is a self-paced class, so there won’t be any LIVE meetings with the teacher. I will be available to answer your questions and give feedback on Fridays.

In each lesson, we will cover the four skills 
- listening, 
- speaking, 
- reading, 
- writing.

We will 
- listen to short audio texts, 
- build up new vocabulary,
- prepare short everyday conversations in German,
- practice pronunciation and vocabulary,
- explore authentic situations and activities and train natural, spontaneous interaction. 

My video tutorial and all related materials for that week will be posted each week for you. Learners will be encouraged to share their completed mini-project of each week by uploading a video, a picture, or a PDF to our Outschool classroom. They also participate in polls and games. 

In this self-paced class, learners will learn basic German expressions through play, song, and nursery rhymes.


Your child is not required to know any German, this is a beginners' class. 

Born and raised in Germany, I am a Native Speaker of the German language with no accent. I have taught Kindergarten (Maternelle) in Canada, and I homeschooled my own Kindergarten son in German and French. Your child will learn German words and expressions quickly through immersion, play and songs. I am so excited to meet your children!
