This class is perfect for anyone who wants to have a blast while getting fit! Whether you're into gymnastics, dance, sports, or just want to be a healthier and more flexible version of yourself, this class is for you! Each class will have a warm-up to get your blood flowing. Followed by stretches that reach your legs, arms, back, and more . Then workout, mixing strength and endurance exercises that are easy and fun! Lastly, finish up with flexibility challenges where you can push yourself to do even better each time. I will provide encouragement all the way! We will end each class with a cool down with calming stretches to keep you feeling awesome and prevent any injuries. Each class will include: 1. Warm up 2. Targeted stretching 3. Calisthenics Fun 4. Flexibility challenges 5. Cool down Also meets homeschool students P.E. Requirements No equipment required Ongoing class -join anytime! Week of February 5 Overview, Stretching and beginner workout followed by cool down Week of February 12th Stretching, calisthenics and cool down Week of February 19th Stretching, variations of calisthenics and cool down Week of February 26th Stretching, variations of calisthenics and cool down Join us as we motivate each other to stay active and have fun!
