수업 소개
This one-time course is for students who need to burn some energy! No previous experience is required. Students must have a full-sized mattress or large trampoline to use for jumping. Through the use of slides and demonstration, students will have a thorough workout that includes position jumps, yoga poses, and games, all while remaining on their bed. Class will include: 1. Cardio-warm-up 2. Series of position jumps 3. Jumping game 4. Yoga cool down Students may take breaks whenever needed. For safety, I recommend each student has their own mattress or trampoline. Double-jumping on a trampoline is not safe and students who are sharing a trampoline will need to take turns.
