Each week class will begin with a warm up that will include stretching exercises on the floor as well as standing. Students will learn one new ballet step each week that we will focus on throughout the class. Choreography will be taught to a song from frozen 1 or 2 each week. An instructional game will be played each week in addition to freeze dance. And a coloring sheet will be provided each week in accordance to the theme of the class. Your child will learn beginner ballet dance steps in a creative learning environment. They will also learn choreography to a short ballet dance which will teach them various patterns. Dancing to music will also teach the student how to develop musicality. And most of all, learn to have fun and enjoy movement!
