This course is designed for 4th graders to get extra help and excel in Math.  
The goal of the class is to keep 4th grade of the curve and not fall behind in this subject. The class will meet twice a week and each class will be 30 minutes.  It will continue for the whole school year.  All students will be active participants and will be asked to answer questions to make sure they are following along.  Feedback and concerns will be addressed to parents so that this class can achieve the desired results.  
Here are the math skills your seventh grader should learn by the end of the year:
 Unit 1: Place Value, Rounding, Addition, and Subtraction.
Unit 2:  Multi-Digit Multiplication and Multi Digit Division including word problems.
Unit 3: Finding equivalent fractions, comparing fractions and fraction operations.
Unit 4: Changing fractions to decimals to percents and vice versa.
