I will not be requiring homework. I occasionally create homework after class if I feel students may benefit from more independent practice. I always provide the answers for the students, so they can check.학습 평가

Want your child to feel confident about math? In this course, we will focus on new topics each week. Each class will be different. The year will begin with third-grade material, then will switch to fourth-grade material. Each class, I will review the contents, then students will do practice with me. After I see that students are comfortable, I will ask students to do the material independently. I do this process multiple times throughout the class. By doing this process, I make sure students have a basic understanding of the topic that they will build upon throughout the class. This helps build student confidence. I will ask students either to annotate on Zoom or hold up a whiteboard/paper. In addition, I will also use the chatbox. How do I provide support for students? In addition to scaffolding the material, the amount of time we spend on a topic is decided by the students. Throughout the lesson, I will ask students how they feel about a concept before we move on. This means the number of days we may spend on the material may change. I also encourage students to use the chatbox. The chatbox allows students to anonymously as a question or ask me to repeat something. Feel free to reach out about your child. How do I determine what material to teach students? I look at grade level standards across the country, which tell teachers what students are supposed to know. I also look at districts throughout the nation's timelines of when they are teaching specific material. What are your qualifications? I am general education teacher and special education teacher. I have taught over 5,000 online classes to students. 2024/2025 (Will be adjusted to meet the needs of students.
