While playing Fortnite, students will have the opportunity to improve their gaming strategy and work on their multi-tasking, critical thinking, social skills, and problem-solving abilities. All of the settings and game rules will be carefully monitored through my account. Also, all of the language, discussion, and environment throughout the course will be age-appropriate in order to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for players of all Fortnite experience levels. Students will learn how to socialize, improve their observation skills, and grow their multi-tasking abilities. Students will also work on improving their gameplay skills and strategic planning all while having fun playing Fortnite!
The game is rated Teen for Violence. A Fortnite account is required to join the class. Students will have to have a created account in order to participate in the Fortnite game. Students need to be signed into their accounts in order to be able to play with the rest of the class. NOTE: A gamer tag will be required for the class. A gamer tag in the game allows for me to invite them to the online Fornite game.
