수업 소개
Students will learn how to create several beautiful, simple flowers with fondant. This beautiful look can be achieved much easier than most people think! These can be used to decorate cakes and cupcakes with a professional look. I will guide students hands-on throughout the process. I will demonstrate, stopping along the way, for the students to follow and ask questions. Students will start with white fondant and dye it with food coloring. They will learn to work with a rolling pin and fondant cutters, as well as how to make simple flowers with only fondant and your hands.

No heat or sharp tools will be used in this class. Check fondant and food coloring to ensure your child doesn't have an allergy.

White fondant, any amount, starts at about $5. I usually buy at Walmart. Food coloring-I prefer the gel for icing, but any will do. Fondant roller 9in., $7.29 from Wilton.com (You can usually find all supplies at Walmart and Hobby Lobby or online). Any rolling pin or round glass will work in a pinch.
