In this class, I will teach you 5 important spelling rules using manipulatives, Google slides, and games. I use a multisensory approach to teaching (auditory, visual, and kinesthetic). Students will have plenty of opportunities to interact with one another. ***The first class will include a pre-assessment to determine if this course is right for your needs. ***THE STUDENT OR PARENT MUST BE ABLE TO SEND ME A PICTURE OF THE COMPLETED PRE-ASSESSMENT PAGE SOON AFTER IT IS COMPLETED ON DAY...

Students will be able to spell words based on the 5 spellings rules with at least 85% accuracy at the end of the course. Students will demonstrate an understanding of a base word, suffix, and a derivative using hand gestures and spelling practice.
