In this 35 minutes yoga class we will practice Yoga. it's a moderate class, great for stretching and improving posture. A great class to work on your alignments and get relief from stress, and even enjoy some of the many other health benefits yoga offers. At the beginning of the class, we warm up our bodies and move to poses and sequences. We finish our class with a couple more stretches laying down on a mat and relaxing our body and mind.
