🎉💧We have fun and move around a lot in this class. Please bring water.🎉💧 During this one time class, students will have fun exercising and getting their wiggles out. We will get moving during our action packed indoor scavenger hunt race, & then we will complete a fun exercise task after each item we find! 🔎Each student will participate in our indoor scavenger hunt. I will name an item and show a picture of the item (these are common items that students will be able to easily find.) Students will race to find the items throughout their homes.🔎 🏃♀️🏃♂️After we find each item, we will complete a fun fitness exercise task for each item we find.🏃♀️🏃♂️ This is a fun way to get children up and moving on any day. 💧We will take a short water break after each movement activity.💧 Please allow space for moving during this class. This is not a boot camp type class. Exercise for children should be fun, so we will have fun, talk, & laugh while moving and shaking. This class is ESL / EFL Friendly. ❤
