This class is for the beginner on flute. The text used will be Flute 101, which is a unique and tested method for developing beginners. The unique part of this book is that early lessons have the student playing the instrument with their right hand on the barrel, giving the student greater control and helping them play the whole flute easily. On the last day of class, students will present a piece learned from the week for the class and review what has been learned the previous four days.
