Hello! Welcome to this fun and interactive class where learners will be given visual instruction on how to finger weave using yarn. At the beginning of class, learners will engage in a quick meet and greet. We will stretch our hands by doing fun exercises that warm up the hands and the brain!  Learners will be given a quick lesson on the history of finger weaving/knitting including which culture group finger weaves and what it is used for. Learners will receive a live, visual demonstration on how to do this finger weave. Once I see learners are understanding the technique, I will guide a discussion by asking open-ended questions. We will also take breaks to relax/stretch our hands. Learners will also see a live visual demonstration on how to tie their yarn when they are finished. 
Finger weaving is very relaxing once the technique is mastered. Classes remain open with low enrollment.
