수업 소개
In this introduction course, students will explore the basics of playing piano. Students will practice using piano finger numbers, recognizing and identifying notes and patterns on the keyboard, and playing easy melodies and rhythms. I will demonstrate the various elements that we are covering in class, and then students will get a turn individually to try out and practice each concept. Upon completion of this course, students can continue their studies in a one-on-one piano course using the same lesson book.

For class, students should purchase 'Alfred's Basic Piano Course Lesson Book Level 1A (ISBN 10: 0-7390-2483-3) Price: US: $7.99 - $9.99 (This book is also available as an E-Book through various companies: Kindle, Apple iBooks, Google Play) Students should have access to a piano or keyboard for this class. Please note: It is helpful for students to have a phone/tablet holder or stand, so I can see their hands while playing the piano.
