Students will learn and gain academic skills that will prepare them to enter kindergarten at or above grade level. Students will learn about people, cultures, languages and some geography of the world that they live in. 

Ms. Dari Johnson - Hello! My name is Dari, and I am an educator with more than 15 years of diverse experience around the globe. I have worked with students of all ages (infant to adult learners) and from a wide range of backgrounds. I consider myself a lifelong learner, so I'm always looking for unique pieces to add to my teaching puzzle. 

Mrs. Lewshawnda Haywood- I have more than 20 years of experience teaching young learners as well as creating PreK programs for schools. I ran a 4 year old PreK program for a charter school in which students were reading at a 1st grade level by the end of the year. I also founded a private school of my own which included 3 and 4 year old Pre-K students who ended their year not only prepared for Kindergarten but also as confident beginning readers as well.

Accompanying worksheets will be provided with each lesson that can be completed during or after the lesson.

Learner progress will be assessed daily during each lesson as the teacher sees and hears that the student has become independent in reciting the information learned during lessons and routines. Students will be able to ask and answer questions on their own. Students will have individual turns to demonstrate progress and understanding. Parents can also assess their own child's progress as they become more independent during their participation in class as well as how they are using learned information outside of class.
